Since she had her first spiritual experience at the age of six, when the Cabocla Mama Oxum das Cachoeiras manifested in her body in a ritual on the shore at Praia do Cassino, Yalorixá Patrícia do Xangô has had her life marked by a strong presence of spirituality. He followed his spiritual journey in Pelotas, in the Umbanda house of Tia Turca, a saint-mother who was very close to her family.
Following her search, in 2002 she started in the cult of Orixás (with Xangô as her head Orixá) and began a work of welcoming and spiritually restoring people in situations of social or psychological vulnerability: drug addicts, women in prostitution situations, people with psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, among others.
This work of welcoming, spiritual counseling and rebuilding lives becomes the hallmark of her journey, which motivated her to create the Ilê Obá Kosso Asé Ogunjá Agadá Foundation with the aim of offering society a place of healing, spiritual and psychological restoration through a reconnection with nature, with ancestral knowledge and cultural expressions in a community experience.
He plays a Candomblé and Umbanda house in the city of Feliz, Serra Gaúcha, where he continues to provide assistance through the game of cards and the game of shells, as well as services where he works as a medium receiving the spirits of Exú Sr. João Caveira, from Pomba Gira Senhora Maria Mulambo, Preto Velho, Gypsy, providing spiritual assistance to various people in various places in the country and abroad.
As President of the Ilê Obá Kosso Asé Ogunjá Agadá Foundation, he carries out cultural projects, sustainability and income generation projects, which are nothing more than a reflection of his entire journey in spirituality.
